Rajeev Agarwal

Rajeev Agarwal joined the board in 2021. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MAQ Software, Rajeev leads corporate initiatives to grow the company. Under his leadership, the company has demonstrated sustained organic growth over the last 20 years.

Rajeev has authored two books, What I Did Not Learn at IIT: Transition from Campus to Office and What I Did Not Learn at B-School: Insights for New Managers that were published by Penguin Random House in India.

Rajeev holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Engineering from Iowa State University, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Rajeev and his family run a non-profit foundation, Excellence Initiative to support education, eye care and environmental efforts.
