Jeff Prelle

Jeff comes to First Tech from Cadence Bank, where he served as Enterprise Risk Executive. Jeff has worked for over 20 years as a senior risk executive and contributor at various banks, private equity companies and risk management firms—including Moody’s Analytics. He was also a PhD Candidate and adjunct Instructor at the University of Connecticut, and holds advanced degrees in accounting, finance, and risk management. His expertise includes measuring and reporting on all forms of enterprise risk management for financial institutions and has extensive experience using analytics, capital planning, and compliance to shape actionable plans to mitigate organizational risks and unlocking sustainable value. Jeff is married with two kids, and when he’s not working or spending time with the family, he can be found playing a piano, guitar or mandolin.
