Jeff Hank

Jeff serves as Chairman. He joined the board in 2007. Jeff is a former Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Intuit, Inc. He has also worked as an Audit Partner for KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.

Jeff also serves as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Qualys, Inc., a cloud security company and he serves on the board of the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
