Holly serves as the General Counsel to First Tech, advising on legal risk and a variety of corporate governance, compliance, vendor management, litigation, and general business matters. Before joining First Tech, Holly came from Miller Nash, LLP and brings over 10 years of legal experience to First Tech. Holly has a background in real estate finance, commercial lending, governance, and general business matters. Holly is licensed to practice in California and Oregon and maintains certifications as a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer and a NAFCU Certified Bank Secrecy Officer.

A life-long Oregonian, Holly enjoys spending her free time hiking and enjoying the outdoors with her family, attending live theater and music performances, and relishing the Northwest's fantastic food and wine scene. She additionally volunteers her time with the Oregon Food Bank and the Metropolitan Youth Symphony.
