Greg Gillas

Greg joined the board in 2007 and currently chairs the Human Capital Committee. He is the Vice President of Total Rewards for Citrix. Previously, Greg was the Corporate Vice President with Compensation & Benefits at Advanced Micro Devices and prior to AMD, he spent 12 years with Hewlett‐Packard in a variety of senior leadership positions including Vice President of Global Operations for HP’s $1.5B Technology Consulting business and Vice President of Human Resources for the HP Technology Services Sales & Consulting organization. Greg is currently Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for all company Total Rewards at Citrix.

Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Dickinson College and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He lives in San Jose, CA, with his wife and two daughters.
