Order a new debit card (damaged) on mobile
We understand, accidents happen. Thankfully, ordering a new debit card is a quick and simple process through our mobile banking platform. Follow the steps below to get started and order a new card today.

Step 1
Log in to mobile banking.
Step 2
On the Accounts screen, tap on the loan for which you would like to make a payment.
Step 3
Tap the "Pay" button under the Current Balance.
Step 4
Tap "From Account" to select the account from which the payment will be made.
Step 5
Tap "Payment Type" to let us know how to apply your payment.
Step 6
If applicable, tap "Amount" to set the payment amount.
Step 7
(Optional) tap "Frequency" and "Date" to modify when the loan payment(s) will be made.
Step 8
(Optional) Tap "Memo" to add a note or reminder to this payment.
Step 9
Tap "Review Transfer" to verify the details of the payment before it's submitted.
Step 10
Carefully review the details of your payment, then tap "Submit Transfer" to make your loan payment.
