How to order a new debit card lost or stolen on mobile

Log in to mobile banking.
Step 2
Tap on "... More" on bottom menu bar.
Step 3
Tap the "Manage Cards" category.
Step 4
Tap the "Manage Cards" item.
Step 5
Tap on the debit or ATM card you need to replace.
Step 6
Tap on "Replace Card".
Step 7
Confirm the information put into the Details, Shipping Address, and Shipping Method fields, tapping Save after completing each screen.
Step 8
Accept the agreement in Replace Card Information.
Step 9
Tap Submit to send your request for a replacement debit card.
