How to order a new debit card lost or stolen on mobile

Whether you misplace your card, it gets stolen or you want a new card number, you can request a new debit card using mobile banking on the First Tech mobile app. Follow the steps below to get started.

Tap on "... More" on bottom menu bar.

Tap the "Manage Cards" category.

Tap the "Manage Cards" item.

Tap on the debit or ATM card you need to replace.

Tap on "Replace Card".

Confirm the information put into the Details, Shipping Address, and Shipping Method fields, tapping Save after completing each screen.

Accept the agreement in Replace Card Information.
