How to lock or unlock debit or credit cards on mobile

Managing access to your funds is a quick and easy process when you lock or unlock your debit or credit card through mobile banking. Read our guide to get started.

Select ‘Manage Cards’.

Select the card to lock or unlock.

Select ‘Lock or Unlock Your Card’.

Trigger the toggle to lock your card. The toggle will turn blue to show that your card is locked. To unlock your card, you would click the same toggle and turn it grey again.

Select ‘Lock Card’ or ‘Unlock Card’ to lock or unlock your card.
