How to access Smart Dispute Tracker on mobile
Step 1
Log in to mobile banking.
Step 2
Tap on "... More" on bottom menu bar.
Step 3
Tap on the "Services" category.
Step 4
Tap on "Card Dispute Tracker"
Step 5
Tap on "Select" under "Select an account" to pick a card account and view the status of your disputed transactions.
Step 6
Tap on "Active Disputes" or "Closed Disputes" to switch between categories.
Step 7
Tap on a disputed transaction in the list to view transaction details and current status.
