Meet Magan.

As a people person who enjoys helping others, a career in insurance was a natural fit for me. I began as an agent for AAA, where I was recognized for my commitment to service excellence. I later joined the team at First Tech after learning of the organization’s dedication to its members, employees and the community.

I have a knack for translating the confusing into the relatable. When meeting with clients, I often assume the role of educator to explain such things as why they have the coverage they do or whether it makes sense to go with one carrier over another—and hopefully uncovering opportunities for savings along the way.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is when I see the light switch on someone’s face when they get it.

Family is my heart and my top priority; I am a firm believer in work-life balance. My husband and I are the fortunate parents of two beautiful daughters. We dedicate much of our time to different non-profit organizations devoted to the welfare of children. As a long-time Oregon resident, I consider myself to be the outdoorsy type and can often be found biking, hiking or participating in winter sports.
