Meet Kathleen.

Even though I have owned my own insurance business, working for First Tech - who is a full broker/dealer for home, auto and life insurance - gives me the opportunity to choose the best fit for my clients. Having access to many insurance carriers allows me to tailor a plan that is based on the member’s needs. When people feel like they have been well-taken care of, and they walk away with knowledge they didn’t have before – then I have done my job.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, I have delivered three life insurance checks. This is never a great experience – in fact it’s extremely sad. However, seeing the financial burden lifted from my clients as they face some of the most difficult times in their lives, reassures me that I have done the right thing by them, and for them. This is why I believe in life insurance, and why I have dedicated my life to educating others about the benefits of having a plan in place. 

When you are faced with your own mortality, or that of loved ones, you see things a little differently. As a cancer survivor, I know that nothing in life is guaranteed – except death. I also know that having a plan in place can help lift the unexpected financial burden and provide comfort in a time of need. My clients deserve that.
