A new way to make loan payments

We understand. Life can get busy and making a loan payment might not be top of mind. If you find yourself needing to make payment quickly to your First Tech account, we have a new solution.

You don’t need to go into a branch, call us, or enroll in digital banking at First Tech (although we think that’s the best way to go). Just click through to the payment service and get it done in a few minutes with your non-First Tech debit card or account. Payments made by 5PM PT will be effective on the same day.

ACI Payments, Inc. is a third-party payment solutions company which provides ACI Pay as an expedited payment service for a fee.

You can access ACI Pay for your First Tech accounts here. You’ll need your First Tech account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You may also use this service by calling First Tech at 855.855.8805.

Most members will find it easiest to use their non-First Tech debit card to make a payment. ACI Pay also allows for a checking or savings account to make a payment by using the account number and routing number.

As long as the payment is made on or before 5:00 PM PT, the payment will be dated as effective the same day. However, if the payment is processed after the cutoff of 5:00 PM PT, the payment will be effective by the next available business day.

We cannot designate payments made through ACI Pay as principal only payments. All payments will be processed in accordance with your account agreements.

Loan pay offs are not able to be made through ACI Pay. Please contact us directly at 855.855.8805 to pay off your loan.

Payments made through ACI Pay have a transaction limit of $2,999.99. Please use an alternative payment option if your payment exceeds this amount.

Please continue to make payments to whichever organization you normally do. Only loans serviced by First Tech can be paid through ACI Pay.

When you authorize a payment to be made through ACI Pay, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provide. The best way to confirm the transaction posted is by viewing your First Tech account in online or mobile banking. Please be advised, it may take 3-5 days to see the transaction reflected on your account.

Social Security Numbers (SSN) are required to access the account for payment.
