We understand your personal information needs to be protected and we take that seriously. As such, we provide different options for you to submit your documentation in a secure manner.
Signing loan disclosures; e-sign or hand sign
We offer two ways for you to receive, acknowledge, and sign your initial disclosures—eSign or traditional paper and ink. eSign allows you to quickly and securely sign loan documents using the highest levels of security to verify your identity. Our standard process is to deliver the initial disclosure package via our secure eSign platform. This is a fast and easy process that can be completed on most computers and mobile devices. However, if you prefer to physically sign your disclosures, please communicate this preference to your loan officer and we can send the disclosures to you by mail or email.
It is important that you complete the signing process as quickly as possible. We will not be able to move forward with your loan application until you have acknowledged and signed your initial disclosures. If you have any questions regarding the information in your disclosures, please reach out to your loan officer.
Two options to securely submit documentation
Borrower loan portal: After reviewing your application with your loan officer, you will receive an email with access to your First Tech loan portal, where you can securely upload any requested documentation. We highly encourage you to upload documentation through the loan portal as this is the most secure option.
Secure Email: If you prefer to email documentation directly to your loan officer or loan processor, please let them know and they will send you a link that will direct you to a secure email. Please do not send information sensitive documents via regular email.
