Monique Little
Chief People and Administrative Officer
Monique is the Chief People and Administrative Officer for First Tech Federal Credit Union with responsibility for the Human Resources, Learning and Organizational Development, Corporate Communications and, Community Investments, Corporate Real Estate, and the Enterprise Operations divisions which include Fraud Prevention, Payment Servicing and Deposit Services. She is in her 16th year at the credit union and has spent 30 years in the financial services industry driving programs to promote employee retention, engagement and satisfaction that help the company achieve strong business and member satisfaction results.
She's actively involved in professional and community organizations, with past chair roles with the Technology Association of Oregon's HR Professionals Group and the Oregon State Council of the Society for Human Resources Management. She currently services on two credit union advisory council’s supporting Doernbecher and Seattle Children’s Hospitals. In 2014 she was named the HR Executive of the Year by the Portland Business Journal (PBJ) and in 2022 the PBJ named her one of Portland’s executives of the year. Monique describes herself as a lifelong travel enthusiast and a diehard Oregon State Beavers fan. When she's not finding new ways to leverage the unique talents of First Tech employees, you can find Monique volunteering with school and youth programs in her local community.
