Meet Kim.

I joined the First Tech Federal Credit Union team in 2006. I am dedicated to helping our members achieve their dreams of home ownership. I have a passion for educating borrowers about all of the available home loan options so they can make a sound financial decision. I often conduct home buying seminars to assist first-time home buyers in learning about the home buying process. In my 15 years with First Tech, a majority of my business comes from referrals from satisfied clients and repeat borrowers.

I firmly believe that home ownership is the path to financial wealth. As a partner in your biggest financial purchase, I look forward to being your professional mortgage resource for years to come.

On the personal side, I enjoy time with my husband and two young children. We keep busy with my son's travel baseball team and daughter's softball and soccer games. I volunteer at my kid's elementary school, San Diego Armed Services YMCA, and Challenged Athletes Foundation.
