Meet Dawn.

I have worked for First Tech since August 2000. I transitioned to Mortgage Lending after 10 years in a branch supervisory position. Prior to First Tech, I coordinated training for credit unions throughout Oregon on consumer and mortgage lending and regulatory procedures.

I was born in Vietnam and speak fluent Vietnamese. We moved to the U.S. when I was one, spent most of my childhood in Nebraska, and in Oregon since. My husband and I are very proud parents of three amazing kids; our son is a freshman in college studying business and playing baseball, a daughter who is a junior in high school and a daughter in middle school, both play Lacrosse. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crosswords, sports and travelling.

My working philosophy is focused on integrity. As a trusted advisor, my primary objective is to be a true advocate for my borrowers. My belief is that each transaction is a basis from which to build upon.
