FraudScout cancellation and refund policy.
Annual Billing
If you cancel within:
- 30 days of enrollment, you'll receive a 75% refund
- 60 days of enrollment, you’ll receive a 50% refund
- 90 days of enrollment, you’ll receive a 25% refund
- After 90 days, no refund will be available.
Note: We bill a renewal fee on the anniversary date of purchase unless your subscription is cancelled on or before 30 days of the anniversary date.
Monthly Billing
- All collected fees are non-refundable.
- If your request is made at least 48 hours before your next credit card billing date, the next monthly fee will be cancelled along with the subscription of services.
- If your request is made within 48 hours of your next credit card billing date, your credit card will be charged for the next month and subscription of services will be cancelled. The fee for the month after next and all other subsequent months will be cancelled.
To cancel your service, you must call CyberScout Customer Service at 877.432.7463 and request a cancellation of service and/or a refund.
